Our bay view was excellent and room was clean. It wasn't quiet though as we had guests next door that were blasting their hip-hop music....sounded like a party was going off. I also left my purse behind accidentally and I was not happy with the lack of urgency they had in retrieving the purse and letting me know it was safe. It contained a lot of personal info and I must have called them about 4 to 5 times just to make sure in was in their hands.

I absolutely did NOT appreciate the fact that we had no choice but to valet for $55 a night!! Other than that, the hotel was nice, staff was friendly and our stay was comfortable.

Facilities and the Hotel were very good. The hot tub was great! Was surprised that the hotel only had valet services ($55); guess I missed that on the fine print. However, main complaint was in the room and the lack of urgency to correct it. Upon checking in, we noticed oily and white stains on the couch cushion; the stains did not look sanitary. I called up the front desk and the response was that we’ll see to it tomorrow. It was 4:30pm. We ended not using any portion of the couch and went on our way. Pros: good location close to a ton of tourist traps (little Italy, downtown harbor) within walking distance. Pool/hot tub and fitness center. Cons: Valet parking requirement, dirty furniture. They also don’t use liners for the mattresses (don’t look if you don’t want to be grossed out)

nice hotel, terrible service. I came here for an event and planned on staying 2 nights but when I arrived they said they somehow overbooked and gave me a lower quality room. Then when I tried to get a refund they said that a third party had booked with them and that it was impossible to give me any money back unless I checked out a day sooner. Once I had checked out early I was promised at least half of my money back and to this day I still haven’t seen a penny. In total I lost $350 including vale because there was no free parking anywhere.
