On July 29 fire alarms activated. No guidance from staff. Most of the guests from floors used fire exits and came to the lobby. Fire department responded and staff was completely unaware of the situation. Lack of direction. It was poorly handled.

I love this property, However I’m disappointed in a few things I experienced during this 2 day stay, sink kept clogging and We were unable to go outdoors due to a private event which I think is unfair We paid nearly $700 and unable to enjoy the Outdoors Facilities is beyond ridiculous and a rip off

We enjoyed the amenities and how convenient was the location. Even though breakfast was tasty there are limited options that varied very little. We appreciated the light dinner they offered, with juice, beer and wine. The cleaning in our bedroom was not detailed and they forgot to restock a couple of things some of the days. It would be nice that when you reserve a room for a certain number of people, you have at least one towel per guest, but we have to ask for extras. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew leaves the standard amount of towels each time they clean, so you have to constantly ask for more. Little details that would make the experience better. Overall it was a comfortable experience and we would recommend it.

Full breakfast was nice. They also had complimentary dinners during the weekdays. The beds (actual and pull out) were really uncomfortable (my little kids even complained).

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was clean and safe. I like the morning breakfast. Staff and service were good. The room is not soundproofed, I heard noise and footsteps from the above floor at night. The deposit was released on the day check out. Overall it was a good stay, except the false alarm (on 7/22/24) made everyone so frustrated.

I was placed in a smoking room, when I informed the the front desk I was told a credit be given back to me and then we can go and find another room at 11pm at night. That same room the next day had an A/C leak that wet up the entire floor. We were moved to another room. I asked for a late check out due all the stress and was told no by the front desk clerk, another gentlemen then advised her to extend our time to 2pm. Later I discovered several charges on my account that totaled to over $2300. I contacted the front office and was told I would be credited back a day for the inconvenience and being overcharged and should expect an email shortly. The email never came, nor the credit. The experience was horrible.

The property is in close proximity to shopping, dining, groceries etc. only a short distance from the airport. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay. The family on the floor above us had really rambunctious children. They stomped, jumped, and banged on the walls and floor all day and evening. Hard to sleep thru that. We changed rooms and this did not help. The children kept running up and down the halls. We complained to the front desk and the noise got even worse. This diminished the overall quality of our stay.
