The stay was very uncomfortable the beds are terrible the pillows limited. The parking in and around property very limited and small spaces. Families drive suvs and the all of the parking is for Prius. Someone hit our passenger door because of this so we came home with a big dent on our door . The staff said there was nothing they could do because we park at our own risk.

This was our 2nd time staying for 4 days each time. The floors do not absorb the noise from rooms above. Both times we have had to deal with jumping and very loud people above us.

Perfect place to rest!
It was the perfect way place to rest after long hard days of helping our son move to his new apartment. Breakfast had a great variety and healthy options. Love the 24 hr coffee bar too.

Really a great hotel
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was amazing. Lionel at the Front Desk did a super job and should be commended for his extra efforts at making us, and from what I witnessed other guests, feel welcome. The room was great. It was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The daily breakfast was perfect and the hotel was close to all the things we wanted to see in San Diego. If we ever come back, we will book here.

We loved staying at the Homewood Suites and would stay there again. Everything about our stay was wonderful except for breakfast. I was less than impressed with the variety of breakfast foods available and with the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Every time we were in the breakfast area, the clean dishes and silverware were sticky, like the dishwasher wasn't working properly. The housekeepers and desk employees were very nice, but the workers in the breakfast area were quite unpleasant to deal with. For example, I saw a worker turn off a waffle-maker on someone who was actively making a waffle at exactly 9:30 AM because breakfast was over. I thought that was pretty unnecessary. For $500 a night, I would think that a "hi, please finish up because breakfast was over" would have been a little more kind than racing out from the back of the house and making everything immediately inaccessible. It wasn't a good look for the brand.
