No one at desk to open locked lobby door. Room was clean. Had to adjust fridge for door to close. Sufficient towels. Body wash bottle was ripped off shower wall, so housekeeping brought a bottle. Breakfast was good. Check out easy. On the way to LAX airport I realized my favorite Marine jacket was left in the hotel room closet. Called, spoke with gentleman who put me on hold, then confirmed he found it and it was behind the front counter with my name and phone number on it. Called next day for shipping and alas - My favorite Marine jacket had mysteriously disappeared! Manager has yet to return my call. Very disappointed in their care and concern for guests. Definitely didn't have my best interest at heart. Stay there at your own discretion, we will not book there again.

remodeled property, proximity to freeway makes it loud, door has a space at the bottom if fixed could reduce noise. completed online check in info but had to provide again at the hotel. room was for 4 people but only 2 bath towels. everything else was fine.

Exceptionally Clean! Room was large and spacious, bed was comfy, amenities were accommodating with the exception that the shampoo bottle broke off the wall attachment and the body wash was missing. In room coffee maker, fridge and microwave were helpful. A/C was refreshing plus the dual blackout and privacy blinds were an awesome perk. All in all it was a pleasant, quiet stay.
