Sorry place to stay!
When I spend $150 on a room, I expect something! The dead bolt was missing, the windows had not locks, the rug was torn in such a way that I tripped going across the room. I did not feel safe at this motel.We ended up on the 3rd floor because that was all that was available but for someone who will have knee surgery, it was very difficult to climb 34 stairs as the elevator was out of order. And the TV only had 22 channels of which 12 were news! I would say it was not worth the money!

Excellent for families, dogs okay under 25 lbs I believe, that’s the weight limit. And I think they charge a fee. No elevator at present. 3 flights but they do accommodate. Very nice pool, & jacuzzi, workout room, business center and nice breakfast. I think above all the staff is 5 star definitely. Natasha and Jesse and Julio, at the front desk. Which is pretty much a full service concierge 😊 and housekeeping just sweetheart living dolls. Lots of travelers from Arizona, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico. Can’t say enough about the local. A great place to refresh from your travels and the road. I am a repeat customer and have always felt safe as a solo lady traveler. And always warmly welcomed

The carpet turned our feet black, we found dirty clothes, phone and tv did not work and hair in the beds. I have stayed in worse but not to many.

Do not recommend.
I could not stay, my room had a broken window. I left as soon as i got in the room. The carpet was dirty and sticky. The ac unit did not cool and the room smelled of mildew. I could not breathe. The room triggered bad allergies. The gentleman in the office was nice and kind. But my room was all the way on the third floor with no elevators and with a toddler, not safe. The furniture in the room was all beat up, i think it was chewed, perhaps by a dog, the fridge was rusted and falling apart at the bottom. I did not feel safe.

It’s a death trap. Stay away. Black mold on the carpet and in the bathroom. I’m going to contact the health department to get them to shut down the hotel. These conditions are prevalent through out the property. I’m attempting to engage legal help for injuries sustained since I’m highly allergic to black mold. I was told to contact Expedia since the property has authorized a refund and taken the room out of circulation. That’s ok but doesn’t help my lung issues because of black mold. Stay away if you value your health.

The environment around the Inn was visually undesirable. Upon entering the room, it smelled "wet" and in the bath tub, there were little black bugs crawling in it..(Bed Bugs?). I left the room and got my $ refunded. What a Terrible Experience!

The room smelled like mold. The bathroom had peeling paint everywhere. It was run down and needs remodeling. I'm normally not picky, but this place was 200.00 a night and super grungy.

I chose this hotel for the location not the amenities and I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. On check-in my room was clean and staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the property itself is in bad shape, and while there always seemed to be cleaning and maintenance staff around working they just couldn’t keep up with the needs of the property. Although I stayed for 6 nights, there was never any housekeeping (not so much as a towel and toiletry top-up or garbages emptied). Pool chairs are dirty and in rough shape, and I never saw anyone clean or test water quality in either the pool or hot tub. Tables in the breakfast room were sticky. The staff genuinely seems to be doing the best they can, but the whole place needs a power-washing and freshening up. I try to have modest expectations when booking a budget hotel but I will stay somewhere else (and less convenient) next time business takes me to San Diego

We were in Campland most of the day so we only stayed here to sleep. It is only about 7 minutes away from Campland. We arrived at almost midnight. I was a little scared to arrive at that time, specially with little ones. However, upon arrival the hotel had so much lighting and staff made us feel safe. The room was clean and pretty specious.
