The property is a non-smoking and no animals property. The complex is quiet, strictly enforced no loud noises, no partying, or loud music allowed property building. The maximum allowed number of people on the property is six people. You cannot bring other people to hang out on the patio or unit. No barbecuing allowed. The owners of the building live on the property. If any of these policies are violated the traveler will lose their security deposit. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the beach. So make sure you are okay with these house rules before booking. Please check the listing for the description of all the amenities.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Per the owner's request if we receive a complaint from the neighbors of loud noises/partying/smoking of any kind, or you have more people than allowed in your group, or bring animals onto the property, your group will be evicted and will forfeit your rent, cleaning fee, and deposit. So please make sure this is the right type of property for your group.
The condo overlooks the beach and boardwalk, with amazing ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen. The balcony is off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. This condo is located on the second floor. (You will climb the stairs to reach the unit). The condo itself has two floors. The master bedroom and master bathroom are on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. PLEASE NOTE: THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS A BUNK BED AND IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THE TIGHT SPACE.

This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Mission Beach, just a few blocks from Belmont Park. The condo is just a few blocks away from restaurants and shopping. The condo is centrally located near San Diego County's most popular attractions including Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more.
Amenities: This secured building includes a private garage parking spot for a mid-size car or mid-Suv. There is a Pack n Play available, a High Chair, Wi-Fi, two Flat Screen Televisions, a coin-operated washer & dryer in the complex on the first floor, 6 Beach Chairs, 2 Boogie Board, Beach Umbrella, 6 Beach Towels, and 2 Hair Dryers. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and Jet packs.

Please check the Rates and Availability section for open dates and specific rates. There are 4- to 7-night minimums and sometimes shorter stays are available when there are gaps between booking reservations and/or based on the time of the year. During some holidays there are 3-day minimums. During the months of June, July, and August the unit is only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less prior to arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, tax, and cleaning fee are not paid 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your security deposit and the reservation. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via mail or email.
Please Note: No pets and no smoking are allowed anywhere on the property or complex. This condo is located in a high-density complex and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
