Newly offered contemporary Ocean Front Beauty. Managed by seasoned 5 star Premier Partner host. Second floor condo elevated above the Mission Beach boardwalk. Walk right across boardwalk onto the beach. Sleeps up to 12 comfortably in three bedrooms and living room housing 7 newer beds. Two full bathrooms. Four levels inside provide separation and privacy between guests: helpful for larger or multi-generational groups. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and many new furnishings throughout. A parking space is included which can accommodate most large vehicles, and a second may be available at nominal cost. Short walking distance to all the action yet well buffered from it. Two to three minute stroll along the boardwalk to Belmont park and all the eateries/restaurants, but private, quiet, peaceful and luminescent. It also has access to a portion of the patio below from 9am until sunset - see photos for visual and details.

Very short drive to Sea World, the Zoo, and many other attractions. This will be another of our five star properties in no time. Come be one of the first to enjoy it!

16th birthday celebration for my son
Our youngest had never been to the west coast so we picked a beach front condo to see amazing sun sets and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. We enjoyed the views, the full size coffee maker was a HUGE bonus :-) The property manager was quick to answer questions even well before we arrived and they were very responsive anytime I had a question. Overall great location, beautiful views, very clean and responsive hosts.

The propriety in the second floor, you have a window infront of the beach, one parking lot, you have one chair to sit infront of the beach not the whole coaches if the people down stairs accept you, the people down stairs was complaining cause we are walking at 9 pm , the manger was rude and when asked for help he wasn’t there we asked for help for the stove wasn’t working cause he turned it off also he charged $25 for extra parking lot for one night

Awesome view and plenty of beds!
We had a wonderful weekend here as we celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The host was very thoughtful and had everything we could need for the weekend. We had a great time. I think the only thing that would make it better is if there was a fire ring on the beach for guests to use. Awesome place that I would like to use again!

Birthday Beach stay
I loved the location. I brought my 2 sons and spouses and my three granddaughters for my birthday. You are on the beach and surrounded by food and fun within walking distance. The property was stocked with all you need to cook. You don’t have access to the BBQ or the patio as shown in the pictures, so don’t plan on that space as part of your stay. The house was super hot when we arrived so we opened up the windows and tried to cool it down. The crows nest and master bedrooms had portable a/c units and were both on the same circuit and kept popping the circuit breaker (Fire hazard). So we had to turn the one off the whole time. The center bedroom had a ceiling fan but the room was not cool enough to sleep in. To help keep the air moving in the house we cleaned the window screens which were plugged with dirt. We also had to leave the main door open to get a breeze to flow through the house until we went tot bed and had to lock the door. I wasn’t sure why the bed in the crows nest was elevated because they made the bed with your head in the closet and not facing the beach as advertised. The other bed was not located under the window because the portable a/c unit had to be vented there so the mattress sat on the floor where the seating area was advertised. Lots of stairs so get ready for a work out. The bottom two units were rented to all guys and they used the whole porch. Don’t plan on that space at all. All else was ok. Not sure I would rent this again.

Time to relax
This property is in a great location, right on the boardwalk and a block from Belmont park. The interior was as advertised with plenty of room for multi family occupancy. The only downside is that in the second floor units, there are a lot of stairs, so healthy knees are a plus. Also, baby gates for infants would have been good. Overall, the living, sleeping, beach access was spot on. Eric, the property manager, was immediately responsive to any questions and even acquired a 2nd parking spot for us as parking is at a premium in this area (we have a full size SUV, it fit in the designated parking spot, but it was tight). We would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed. There shouldn’t be any mention of the top units having access to the patio because that’s a bunch of bull… regardless of the bench that’s available being used to hold boogie boards and sand toys… the bench is soaking wet and covered in sand and completely is unusable. Also, the downstairs people do not make the upstairs people feel welcome what so ever. We were treated like second hand citizens by the downstairs people. They even hid the boogie boards from my son. The linens, pillows and towels were the cheapest you can buy. The dryer costs 2.50 in quarters which, we didn’t have. So, we dealt with wet clothes and towels. The bathrooms had 1 ply toilet paper. We paid over 5k to stay here, and it was one of the dumpiest rentals I’ve stayed in. We struggled to have enough drink ware for all of us, which was frustrating while we all wanted to drink coffee or wine together. The owner should be trying to create a wonderful experience for his clients, especially for the amount of money spent. I wish I would have rented a different place, I feel like I was scammed out of thousands of dollars.

Very relaxing. Condo had everything. Very clean. Huge glass window that looked straight out to the waves. Our Host "Eric" was the best. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would give it 5 stars.

Great location & nice rental, we would have liked to enjoy the downstairs patio but if you are staying on one of top units you do not have the option to use. That would be my only complaint other than that it was very much needed family time & this place allowed us to enjoy!

Best Vacation Stay!
We were in San Diego for my sons Graduation from MCRD San Diego. We wanted to enjoy a great experience off the beach with family and our stay at the Ocean Front was perfect. The house had all the amenities that we needed, it was clean, and the view from our living room was breath taking. Nothing beats drinking your coffee looking out at the Ocean. Rick (host) went above and beyond for us when we had a mishap with important luggage and there are no words to explain how thankful we are to him. If you want a great experience and a great host the Ocean Front is the place to stay!

Great Location and sleeping arrangements work great with families with kids. Bunk beds were a big hit with the kids, lots of parent space as well. Only thing disappointing (but already knew about) was really no porch space to sit outside and watch the world go by!

Dream Location!
This condo was exactly where the ad said it would be- 4 min walk from Belmont Park and a front row seat to the ocean and boardwalk. As a second floor condo I felt very comfortable leaving the big sliding window open the entire week so I could not only see, but hear and smell the ocean as well. Owner was very responsive and helped me find a second parking spot for guests. I didn"t want to leave!

Everything was good. The parking was too tight but other than that, Very clean and easy. Mission Beach is more for the young adults I think. It may be a little too Fraternity like for some families tastes. Overall VERY NICE

Alley parking shared with four other vehicles. People in other units of same building had truck and SUV- we also had a truck. Had to work with other people to park and get in and out. Left a special cup and texted the property manager within an hour of leaving asking him to mail and I would Venmo- radio silence.

Horrible Stay
Unfortunately, this place is not a place to stay in Mission Beach. As soon as we pulled up there was a smell of garbage and this was due to the massive amounts of garbage all around and in garbage cans. This was not a good start to walking into the place. Inside was better but the floor was full of sand. Although we had 5 people, they only gave us 4 face towels and 4 body towels then had to pay to use the washer ($2.50 to use it) however it was advertised as having laundry There is also not a porch to sit out on but it is advertised as such. . The best thing about the trip was the view ONLY!
