I had an issue with booking when I checked in. The room that I reserved was not available, so I was sent to the hotel across the road instead. That other hotel offered me the wrong accommodation. Despite that issue, Springhill resolved things as soon as they could and made it better. Thanks!

Staff was so friendly! Loved our stay here and we got upgraded for free to a higher floor with a great view. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the rooftop bar
