Great hosts, very accommodating
We were camping for about a week before we came to SF, and this was a lovely pit stop for three days. It was quiet, comfortable and decently located. Transit rides were a little longer but that was a perfectly fine tradeoff for a safe parking place for our van. We were able to launder our clothes and have a restful sleep. Close to transit stop and places to eat. Everything was as advertised and we felt the hosts went above and beyond with their attention to detail. Would stay again.

Fantastic choice for a trip to San Francisco
This was the perfect apartment for a small family on a trip to San Francisco. We used to live in San Francisco but weren't familiar with this neighborhood - not only is it absolutely lovely but it was SO EASY TO PARK IN, which is very rare for San Francisco. We were able to park right in front of the unit all 5 days we were there, with no issues. The apartment is darling - very clean, lovely decor, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, enough beds for a family of four. They even had a pack n play and baby toys in case of very small people in your group. :) We had lots of space to spread out, windows to open, and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood and very safe. If we come back to the city anytime soon, we will absolutely look up this listing to stay there again!

Nice, clean and well stocked place
The inside space is reflected in the pictures, the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom had everything you would need. It is roomy but I would not stay with more than two people for two reasons, the fold-out couch is not suitable for sleeping, very uncomfortable, and what we did not know when we booked it, is that this unit sits "inside" the lower level of the owner's home. When you walk in the first door, you see the stairs to go up to their kitchen, you can hear every drawer open and close, chairs, footsteps, and there is a bathroom that they use outside of the door to the apartment. But they keep normal hours so if you are not a light sleeper or don't mind waking a bit earlier, it is fine. The owner was very friendly and you don't see them often. If your group is going to be a bit noisy, I would not recommend it.

Little Gem in a Big City
My husband and I, along with our daughters, found this gem of a place to stay at while visiting SF for a wedding. We live in the country and expected noisy nights while being in the city but the neighborhood was so quiet at night you’d think we were home. The apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Access was very easy, and we barely heard the residents that live above us. parking was a huge plus as well. It was easy to find a spot and seemed like a very safe neighborhood. Thank you so much for putting us up over the last three days. We appreciate it and would absolutely love to come back and stay again!!

Everything we needed in a quiet neighborhood
Met all our needs as a family of four in a short 3 night stop in San Francisco. Apartment was big enough and well equipped. Location is in a residential area which is easiest accessed with a car, but restaurants and shops are 15 minutes walk away. The hills are steep! There is a beautiful viewpoint over the city only a short drive/walk away at My Davidson.

Quiet and cozy place, very pleased with our stay
This place is a part of a house in a quiet and very cute typical San Francisco residential neighborhood in the hills. Very cute one-family homes all around. The apartment is on the ground floor, other people live above. The entrance is separate, we saw one person only once at arrival, other times we have not seen anybody. People do live above but are very quiet. The place is very clean, has nice newer furnishings, clean bedsheets, lots of extra blankets, all the necessary supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful view into a rose garden from the kitchen. Very convenient to drive to the city or other parts of the Bay area by car as the highways are not far. The management sent very detailed instructions on getting in, so the check-in was very easy and did not require presence of an admin or owner. We had a great 3-day stay, would highly recommend to families!
