At check-in, staff required my ID and wouldn’t accept my husband’s. Room phone did not work, desk said all were out due to Comcast. Room fridge did not work, desk sent maintenance. An hour later it still did not work, desk sent maintenance with a replacement. Room was very spacious and clean. No microwave in room, but available in lobby. Key card did not work in pool gate. Bath towels were tiny. Divot in room floor under the carpeting.

Good price for a basic room
The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. There were a few issues with a light not working, trouble logging into wifi and use of the TV. The room phone didn't work so I couldn't easily get help

This property had no phones in room or wi-fi. When I tried all the numbers listed for the office, it rang for several minutes, unanswered. I have mobility issues, and walking to the office is exceedingly difficult. A maintenance worker told me that the phone snd internet service had been shut off 6 weeks ago.
