Great location next to Precidio Park and walkable to Cowhollow. Great value for the money, only thing that could be better is the bed pillows and comfy beds. But that is okay considering cost. They allowed us for early check in, staff was very kind

Chair had "white stains" on it. Hairdryer burned my hair off. Service was terrible - we told them no room service and they still entered the room and touched our belongings, moving my personal item from where I left it.

The location is perfect for exploring the Presidio. The welcoming staff is not particularly welcoming. The lobby is locked and you have to do all your communication through a plexiglass window. The property and room is fine and very clean.

Such a cozy quiet clean hotel. I've stayed here twice now and the staff has been ridiculously accomodating and kind. It's a five minute walk to the beach with a full view of both the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz a fifteen minute Luscasfilm and the Walt Disney Museum.

Need some thorough cleaning.Dingy place and Outdated decor. Patching all over that needs painting the side boards are so dirty. Toilet seat falling apart. There is a clear glass table that doesn’t fit the decor. No sense in having it there, accident waiting to happen, anyone can get cut, those sides are glass and are sharp. Door banging and people talking loud all hours of the night. I would not recommend if you want a clean and quiet place. Just not a great place.

Excellent location, near of this place there are some small restaurants and also is the Presidio and you can walk until the beach where you can see the San Francisco Bridge.

Property was old, but okay for the price. Staff was very friendly. Room could have been cleaner, as my wife had to literally clean the toilet and I had to tighten a leaking shower head. No elevator, so carrying my heavy suitcase up a steep flight of stairs was not fun. The parking was a disaster, and I couldn't sleep half the time thinking some other customer was going to scrape my car with theirs. Other than that, this is the only place I will ever stay again in San Francisco, simply because it's the only motel in a fairly safe area away from all the ghetto riffraff with free parking! The price is just unbeatable for what you get!
