Great Front desk person and conv location.
Great location. Needed a place to stay during our quick trip to San Francisco. We loved the location. Walking distance to Lombard Street, and Bus 28. Overall good place to stay and the person at the front desk was supper helpful.

Location is great. Close to all things you would like to see. If you go up the stairs and towards rooftop, great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Beautiful room. It was an accessible room, the roll in shower was huge with grab bars. Very clean in general.Free parking.. I recommend it without doubt. I will stay again next time I visit San Francisco. Walkable to the pier, shopping, and dining. The owner/manager very friendly.

The property served us well due to its location. Bus stop nearly at door. Bus 28 takes you straight to the waterfront. Close to the best pizza shop ever.

We were able to check in 2 hours early. There is free onsite limited parking as the parking is on ground level and rooms are second floors, but they offer other parking options such as street parking and a nearby parking area. The room is nicely remodeled. Bed was comfy. We came back to the room later on in the day and realized they took out the trash, replaced the towels, refilled the tissue box and toilet paper, so that was nice instead of having to go ask the front desk. Only downside is that they don’t have an iron and board, but I just used my curling iron to unwrinkle my clothes. I would stay here again.

Would never recommend to spend your money here. Horrible customer service, not staffed 24 hours a day, very expensive and could easily stay at a nice hotel with services and good customer service for the price they charge. Zero sound proofing between rooms. Cheaply renovated.
