Villa de Vistas is a luxurious ecological paradise just a five minute walk from the beach and a thirty minute walk from the center of San Pancho. The Villa has three separate and complete houses that can be rented together or individually. We have LA CASA QUE CANTA (VRBO 63732) which sleeps 8, and CASITA CELESTIAL (VRBO244977) and EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA (VRBO 97749) each sleeping 4. Villa de Vistas is located on property overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All three houses are artistically designed and beautifully furnished with vibrant Mexican fabrics, tiles, and museum quality arts and crafts. The water is filtered and is safe to drink.

We have also recently made some upgrades to the property. This includes adding a generator, in case of power outages. We now have 2 different wifi services (fiber and Starlink satellite) and a switch that will toggle between them if 1 goes down. We also have an expansive mesh wifi network ensures the entire property with fast wifi. You are guaranteed to have power and internet connectivity.

THE DISTINCTIVE CHARACTER OF EACH OF THE THREE HOUSES:

HOUSE ONE: 3 BR, 4 BA - Sleeps 8 - 1st BR(king), 2nd BR(king), 3rd BR(king and sofa bed)
On the top of the hill, at street level is the main floor of the Big House, with the spacious living and dining rooms, kitchen (laundry and pantry), family room and guest bath. All of these rooms are interconnected in one great open space. They have fabulous views of the jungle, beach and ocean. The kitchen and family room are air-conditioned. All bedrooms are also air conditioned.

Going UP the spiral staircase, you come to the Upper Terrace and the Master Suite with its luxurious marble bath and private sunning deck.

Going DOWN the spiral staircase from the main floor you come to the bedroom floor with two large bedroom suites. One has a fabulous jungle and garden view, a fold out couch/sitting area and dual showers; the other has a large terrace overlooking the ocean.

HOUSE TWO: 1 BR (king) 1BR (bunk), 1 BA - Sleeps 4

If you go DOWN one more flight of stairs you come to the pool deck. It is also from this level that you enter EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA (The Nest of the Turtle), a completely contained home with about 900 square feet nestled under the “mother house.” The NIDO has its own kitchen, a sitting area, and is four steps from the large pool.

HOUSE THREE: 2 BR (king) 2 BA--Sleeps 4

Another flight takes you to the third house, CASITA CELESTIAL, nestled in the jungle. It has an outdoor sitting area, hammock, and private heated dipping pool under a palapa.
