Don’t Get Catfished By The Property Photos

Hotel did not look anywhere as clean as the photos displayed. Shower head was broken, front door to room and bathroom door did not close properly, and the mini fridge had a leak. The leak led to our discovery of cockroaches and cockroach eggs. Once discovered, we demanded a refund and management refused. Area looked pretty unsafe at night as well. Do not recommend this hotel AT ALL.

They lie in the photos, the property is dirty, the windows cannot be closed, it is very unsafe to be there. The people from the floor above live there and they were very noisy in the early morning, very very bad experience.

I had no hot water. I contracted the front desk, they sent someone out to my room who confirmed the hot water was not working but nobody came back to address the issue nor was I offered another room. I simply left in the morning without taking a shower.

Great Rooms for the price!

Great rooms for the price- have stayed here a few times when there is a concert I’m attending in SF (: decent rooms even if it’s in a sketchier area. Cant beat the price!
