The spirit airlines of hotels, the over priced valley of $68 to just park in the hotel for ‘valet service’ a mandatory $20 per night for the muffins in the morning. The rooms do not have AC . If you have a car not the best place to get a room. Wouldn’t recommend staying here or hotel Fiona across the street (owned by the same person)

The hotel was nice but outdated! It is a very sketchy neighborhood with lots of homeless and weed smoking! It was great for getting to activities with in the area

Staff were very accommodating after we felt unsafe in out room Rooms.do not have fridges or safes-be sure this is stated in the add. Area is unsafe, locals to the street are dissociated, appear high/under the influence of hard drugs, hunched over for hours etc human fecel matter on the sidewalks. No restaurants or stores open or within a safe neighborhood Rating of 4 is not true, should be a 2

The hotel has 2 courtyards and both nights people were in the courtyards talking until 4:00 am and their voices carry right into the adjacent rooms. They need to monitor this noise better

Maybe I should have given this review 5 stars
We went to SF for major surgery. We had the room for 3 nights. We arrived Thursday night. The Keurig did not work, and we saw what the problem was. Maintenance came and helped to move chest with tv & Keurig. The process took about an hour. Surgery was on Friday. I was able to sleep in the room at UCSF,with my husband. I put do not disturb on the door, and nothing had been disturbed. The pool looked fantastic, and it was warm. I was not there to go for a dip! On our first morning I did have a snack in the lobby for breakfast. My husband could not eat or drink anything. I thought the breakfast was quite fun, and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. The security was tight, and I say 5 star. They brought up a small refrigerator for me. We came back on Saturday, and caught our flight home to Maui at 6:30 AM. Our room was 449 on the street side. A bit unsettling, with sirens and life in this part of The City. It was simple, affordable, and they took care of us. Aloha
