Staff was all great, friendly and helpful. Great spot for walking around Chinatown. While you can see some stuff a couple blocks away towards Union Square we never felt unsafe.

They didn’t have my reservation. i guess the date change didnt go through. I was too tired to follow up so I gave up and crashed at a friend's place. everyone was trying to help and were very professional. I would have loved to stay there.
