Villa Montecarulli in San Gimignano private pool

Along the Via Francigena, among the rolling hills of Siena next to the famous towers of San Gimignano, lies an ancient and aristocratic estate of 300 hectares, within which stand farmhouses that form the Santo Pietro Farms, of which Villa Montecarulli is a part.

The hamlet has been expertly restored in full respect of Tuscan tradition and represents a unique heritage of rural architecture.

Guests can enjoy the private panoramic swimming pool surrounded by vineyards and olive trees (20 x 5 x 1.5).

The villa consists of 4 apartments and can accommodate a total of 25 people. It is ideal for weekly vacations for couples, families with babies and children, or groups of friends.

N.B.: the services indicated are organized by third-party service providers with whom you will be put in contact.

The reduced version of the villa is also rented, with the use of only the two accommodations fronting the pool, one for 10 and the other for 6 pax for a total of 16 beds

1. on two floors, on the ground floor living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom
on the second floor four bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, except the only one that has a single bed.

2. on the second floor consisting of living room with kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

3. on the ground floor consisting of living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

4. on the ground floor, consisting of living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
