I loved my stay here at Urban Valley! It was so clean and modern and always well kept. The staff were so lovely and catered to your every needs. They had two big pools which was a bonus. And the breakfast was delicious!! All the main city centres were merely about 20-30 min drives away or less. Would definitely recommend when staying in Malta.

It’s gone wrong at the first so a bit disappointed at the end. The receptionist was two mens only remember one is Matthew, not helpful at all. The property was kept clean at all times. The entire staff were courteous and professional in their approach. As the hotel restuarant does not have a good vegetarian option, the chef kindly accomodated us by making us a very good penne arrabbiata. Would like to suggest to have more vetegetarian options for on the dinner menu. A very good stay

This is a great hotel for those looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. We had booked 2 rooms, but due to faulty AC, 1 of the rooms was upgraded after we informed them. The staff are very polite and professional. Breakfast buffet had really good food, although quite repetitive for a vegetarian. Spa facilities were great too. We brought our car with us and there is onsite parking at the hotel.

Lovely place but needs better customer service
Lovely place beds are so comfy , staff on restaurant need to be trained , everytime I asked something to do with menu etc reply was oh I will go find out . Reception needs to be better manned especially when busy . We checked in on a Friday evening it was very busy and only one person on desk .who proceeded to tell anyone what a good job he was doing . While checking us in he kept going off and speaking to other people even on way to our room . He needs to concentrate on people he's dealing with .
