STAY AT MARQUIS LOS CABOS!!!! I can’t even put into words how perfect this experience was. From check-in to check-out and all of the time in between, our experience was truly 10 out of 10. The room and view (THE VIEWS!!!!!) were phenomenal, house keeping came multiple times a day, and room service was quick. The pool and pool service were great, drinks tasty, and great pool-side food selection. The food at every restaurant was fantastic. Our favorite time of day was breakfast at Vista Ballena. Great vibes, great food, and perfect views. We also did a complimentary photo session with the onsite photographer at sunrise and the pictures are magical. The experience taking them was so fun and you only have to pay for the pics you want! We never felt pressured to spend more than we were willing. Although the food, pool, room, and nightly entertainment were all fantastic, our favorite part about this stay were the staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, were so kind, welcoming, and attentive. If I even looked like I had a question or concern there was someone right there offering to help. My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon and I can’t wait to book our next trip. I can’t imagine anywhere else in Cabo being a better experience than this. I am so grateful to all of the staff, even those behind the scenes, for working so hard to make everyone’s experience one to remember. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everything was very good. Clean room, great service, good food and drinks. Some fun entertainment and activities put on by the resort as well. We spent most of our time by the large infinity pools overlooking the ocean.

The staff was amazing and very polite, the food was 10/10. The waiters were always checking on us to make sure we were okay. The lobby view was amazing it took my breath away on the first sight. Room was very lovely as well. We will be returning next year!

Great staff! Property is in a great location too bad the beach is not swimmable. I wish the restrooms had more privacy in the rooms. Food is 6.5 out of 10. Shout out to Francisco at the front desk for his patients and Professionalism.

The property was just ok. Definitely not a 5 star resort. The rooms need updating. The food was limited and just ok. The staff however, was friendly and accommodating.

Subpar food, service mediocre, hotel great
Stay was great, food was subpar. There are certain courtesies that one expects, for instance if I request an Uber or private transport from another place other than the hotel, I would have never expected that the hotel would make me walk out to the street to receive my ride. That’s the kind of treatment you’ll receive here from hotel lobby. When I requested a slightly later check out and they said “yes, but it’s going to cost you per hour”. At time of check out, we had to wait in the lobby for two hours for our transportation, not once were we offered a drink, water, nothing. We were no longer guest, so they could care less. And I’ll have to walk to the street dragging my luggage since they won’t allow my Uber to pick me up at the hotel lobby.

Suggestions for improvement: 1. The double waterfall should work longer hours, it’s a beautiful feature, but not when it is turned off. 2. The Italian restaurant should be available more nights. 3. More interesting activities to be provided.

The staff was very attentive and the activities they offered every day were very enjoyable. Very safe and clean resort. The only thing I wish was that the beach was swimmable but that is out of the control of the resort. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would go back.

Very gorgeous resort! Loved all the pools there were 3 2 of which over looked the ocean! Different restaurant options to choose from. Food was good considering had different options you can find something you’d enjoy. The hotel grounds were gorgeous very picturesque. Would recommend this resort
