Not enough parking / staff not willing to explain
This location the parking is big problem and even after asking staff seems like they donā€™t want to explain and say yes to where can you park. I even explained staff if i can park is open area where cars are parked by restaurant sign. Staff kept repeating same thing, just park along the hotel. Hotel donā€™t have enough parking and they have their parking garage closed. They should be explaining the guest about the area to park or not . Guests shouldnā€™t be explaining them and for turn around the staff acting like they working here from another city like they have no clue what your talking about and they have no clue whats around them. Thats how i felt after explaining staff about if i can park in open area by restaurant sign at this location. I definitely wonā€™t have anyone know me visits this location or recommend this location to anyone else.

Front desk wasnā€™t helpful, quite rude.
Was super disappointed in the ā€œhelpā€ at the front desk. At 11:30 at night two dogs in the room next to me wouldnā€™t stop barking. Barking. Barking. Barking. Barking. So I called the front desk and asked for some assistance. I was stunned when the persons reply was ā€œwhat do you want ME to do about it?ā€ I was stunned at the utter lack of professionalism. That person needs to be trained to answer with any other response.

This hotel was very modern and they have cute lighting around the hotel. The only concern I had was the bed sheet had a little stain and im not sure from what but we just avoided that side of the bed.
