The hotel staff was not so helpful. There was no shower soap in the container , it was empty. No blanket in our room, only sheets and when I asked for Two blankets they said they had none. I asked for additional bath towel and they only had hand towels. There was less than half the amount of lotion in the little disposable lotion bottle. I thought places replace with new one after a room is used. This room has no vender machines you have to buy from front desk and it’s about $5.50 a small water bottle. Breakfast is way over priced. Looks like microwave food. Never again!

The walls are extremely thin. Both nights the people next door were extremely loud. We were traveling with children and one of tbe nights the couple waa having sex so loud and could literally hear everything. We asked the front desk to switch rooms and and I never received a phone call to do so. The second night, the couple was watching tv and having vwry loud conversations with another adult feom 2am til about 4am. We did not sleep very well throughout our stay and probably wouldn't stay again.

The customer service was great. The hotel is close to the Highway and in the same parking lot as Apple Bees which was convenient. The parking lot is shared with two restaurants so that was a little hard to close parking. It’s not too far from the local mall (about an 6 min drive) which had an Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Target and more sit down chain restaurants like Red Robin and Buffalo Wild Wings and other chain fast food places. The beds weren’t that comfy and the WXYZ bar inside the hotel was closed the weekend that we were there.
