This hotel has it all, great staff, food service. The only improvement would be the time that it takes to check in and check out. To be fair they may have been having a bad day. Overall highly recommend this place.

Excellent Service and Very Friendly Staff
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were leaving early the next morning and arrived with lots of wet clothing as we were caught in a major rainstorm while we were ziplining. They took care of everything for us without complaint and no extra fees. They helped with additional special requests as well. Genuinely excellent service.

This property was absolutely wonderful from the amenities to the very nice staff to the beautiful location. Keep in mind that the hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes from the city area and taxis can get expensive however this hotel is worth it. Activities multiple restaurants, great spa tennis golf course and a historical tour available..
