The hotel was overally busy. The room we booked(2 bedroom+sofa kitchen suite) was not available upon our arrival. They offered us a two room with king beds and one room w/ kitchen and sofa bed and we got free parking for the night, which was fine.The stay was ok, but right when we were ready to check out the fire alarm went off. There were no staff in the halls to let anyone know what was going on. The instructions over the loud speakers instructed to use stairs to leave the building and not the elevator. Being on the 5th floor with luggage and kids was not ideal. We met guests walking back up the stairs say that it was a false alarm. There were still no staff available to instructed guests of the situation. Overall it was a ok stay; although it was a false alarm, they need to improve on there fire alarm procedures for there hotel guests.

Staff was great! We were 3 adults, two 4 year olds and an infant. I requested in advance and they had a pack-n-play and a room with a tub ready when we checked in. I booked this hotel because of the suite option so we had more room, the location close to activated we wanted to do, and that it came with breakfast. The breakfast was OK, not fantastic, but enough options. They had a omelet bar which was a nice touch (though the line was a little too long for me to wait with so many littles). The room was modern and clean. Housekeeping was also nice. The pool should have been a few degrees warmer as it was cold, even on a hot day. The 4 year olds (who don't care too much would shiver after a while) and needed breaks to warm up. I did not want to take my infant in on the second day when the weather was not as warm and the pool just a bit too cold. Other than that, the location to Happy Hallow and Children's museum was great, hotel nice, and staff friednly and accommodating.

The older woman who makes the omelets is very rude to customers. There was no AC in the lobby with severe heat warning conditions. We were given a dirty room that needed major renovations as well.

The property itself is nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion: if breakfast is advertised as an offering until 10a Sat & Sun, it is important that your kitchen staff plan accordingly so the food does not run out prior to the service time ending.

Lovely room
We had an accessible room with lots of space. It was comfortable and nice. For an accessible room, the sofa should have been higher to easily get up.
