Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was well stocked and decent food. Staff were overall friendly, the person who checked us in was the only non friendly person. He didn’t tell us about breakfast or parking and wasn’t helpful. He wasn’t blatantly rude but just wasn’t friendly or helpful at check in. Overall great property.

Clean hotel because it's new but nothing special or great anout the place. I didn't like the idea i had to pay $20 dollars per day to park my car there. There isn't any friendly staff nor service wasn't great.

Pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting such a great quality hotel for the 2star category! Staff were very helpful, the breakfast included was a hit and mostly very clean :) (only negative: musty bathroom) I would definitely stay again if I ever come back to San Jose!

Worse customer service ever!!!
Customer service was poor and not helpful during my stay. I requested to swap my computer chair because it could not be adjusted the receptionist said she could not do it because the hotel is full. The valet guys were rude and seemed irritated helping me. I complained that the fridge was making loud noises the receptionist’s solution was to unplug. She said that it could not be exchanged and maintenance was not available. I would not recommend this hotel and I am definitely not coming back. I also did a survey for my stay and no one bothers to reach out to me with my concerns.
