The room was dirty, the bathroom was terrible. It looks like no one clean the room. Hair everywhere on the floor and when I arrived for the check in, the receptionist told me there was no hot water. Horrible experience

other guests smoking in rooms throughout property so you can smell it inside the rooms. it was so bad i had to leave the hotel early even though i paid for 2 nights. extremely noisy at night, especially downstairs. no hot water in the shower. by far the worst "hotel" experience I've had.

PLEASE PLEASEā€¦ DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Staff attitude is awful. The pictures of nice and neat rooms are false advertising along with the check in office. It looks nothing like the pictures posted online. I canā€™t believe Radisson name is attached to this dump of a hotel. My room was filthy upon arrival, hair was in the beds, blankets were dirty, floor not swept. We were assigned a different room and that room had someoneā€™s hair in the bed as well. Roaches and ants were in the room and bathroom. A roaches crawled on me while lying in bed. I called the front desk to let them know that I will be needing a refund cause I refused to allow myself and family to be so uncomfortable. The guy at the front desk was trying to get me to switch rooms at 2amā€¦ Thankfully I found a much better hotel.. SONESTA HOTEL on Barber Lane. Staff there were extremely friendly, rooms were extremely clean. Park Inn is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! That hotel needs to be shut down, no way should they be in business.

The lady in the front desk deactivated the key room to my partner, I went to work them sheā€™s was sleeping, them she get out of the room after she came back to The room she canā€™t open the door , she went to the front desk and the lady on duty told her because she was no in the reservation she canā€™t go in to the room, them it took me a while to get to the property to get a new activate key
