I was nervous because the reviews of this hotel are not so great, but I thought that is completely unwarranted. We had a nice room with a really nice bathroom. Staff was super nice checking me in. The location is very convenient.

I was in town for business and on the last morning I slipped in the shower so bad it’s a miracle the damage wasn’t even greater. I strongly advise the management to put anti skid mats in showers and generally check out the servicing of the bath tubs to make it less risky. This was the first time ever that something like this happened to me, and I am going to be ever more careful in shower - bathtubs going forward. But if this was such an unexpected shock to a seasoned traveler like me, I can only imagine what other travelers might go through. Other than that, it’s a dated property but quiet and neatly maintained for what is a busy portion of San Jose business and commercial district.

Downtown stay with extra parking cost not included

Everything was great! Parking was extra and cost us an extra $51 and across the street. Should've included the parking in the price and then we could've decided if we wanted to stay there.
