Property was nice. Booked a junior king suite, Upon checking the front desk said that my room wasn’t available. He then gave me a regular king room, since it was midnight arrival I was jet lagged and took room didn’t have time to go back and forth, the next morning went to front desk and told them for some reason I did not get the accommodations I paid for and would like my junior king suite. The lady said ok I have to wait until after 11am when the cleaning staff comes then she would change my room. I then told her I will leave my luggage with my sister in her room and I returned the key basically checking out of the standard king room. When I came back from my tour I went to front desk and a different clerk said he did not see the memo in system to fix my room and proceeded to give me same room from previous night. I then told him I paid for a junior suite with separate living room area and unless they are going to reimburse the difference between the rooms that is what I want. He then went in computer again and assigned suite with living room. I don’t understand if I paid extra for certain accommodation why they were trying to give me a standard room if they had rooms available .

Great place to stay for the price. Comfortable and clean, and complimentary breakfast was above average and well stocked. Staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. Physical hotel was worn and outdated, as were rooms. However the room were very comfortable and clean. I’d recommend for the comfort and the price. Well worth it if you’re looking for a well priced, comfortable, room.
