The rooms are not clean, and many things are broken or damaged. There is an odor of mildew. We tried switching rooms but they claimed they were full.

It is a wonderful property but it would be nice if things in the room are checked first to make sure it is in working order. Clogged sink and futon could not open had to sleep on it as a twin bed.
