The room was up to date, clean, and comfortable. Shower barely got lukewarm and porch furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. Facilities/amenities are awesome and the overall experience was really nice.

I no longer trust Expedia ratings. Seems ratings for hotels in Puerto Rico are much more generous than other areas. This hotel needs repair and updates. Room smelled musty and was very run down. 1 Elevator didnā€™t work for 2 days, at first they had wet floor cone in front, but wasnā€™t working. Finally put a sign up. Only at breakfast there. Was subpar, we dormant do buffet- seems they expect everyone to do that and get items from there. The potatoes were cold. We did not spend time at the property other than sleep & get out to see area, nothing nice at the hotel to make us want to stick around there at all.

This property should charge considerably less for the poor quality it offers. We had to switch rooms three times because of cleanliness issues. In general, itā€™s run down, dingy and the rooms even smell of mold. It felt dirty - not pleased with this place at all. The only good thing was the location that allowed me to be away from the property is much as possible.

The Hotel was good. The hotel staff was amazing and the facilities wete clean. The only inconvenience was Rustica Ristorante, while the food was ok the service wasnt. The waitresses provided a poor service and was unfriendly.
