NEVER AGAIN! I LOST SO MUCH MONEY!
Your company has terrible customer service! I had a medical emergency a month before the trip and was not allowed to travel as per my doctors. Your company and the hotel refused to change my trip dates! I didnt want a refund just to change my dates and both this company and the hotel refused to change my dates!! I am outraged that an exception could not be made in this case!! I even offered to submit my medical records as proof and still no one would honor my request! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM NOR BOOK A STAY AT CASA DEL CARIBE EVER AGAIN!!

I have to say after reading a lot of negative reviews about this place. I’m glad I gave it a chance. The staff were the most friendliest, sweetest people. Betsy was a real sweetheart, even though I knew check-in was at 4 PM and we got there earlier not only did she agree to hold our luggage but she also got our room prepared earlier. Bryan was very nice directing us to the wind chimes hotel, so we could use the pool where his dad Ricardo helped us, and the gentleman who made the coffee every morning son delicioso! I felt very safe and if I needed anything, everyone on the property was willing to help, including the guys who were taking care of the landscaping of the property as well as the cleaning staff. When I tell you everything you need is in the area, it’s literally up the block. This is a prime location and for the price you can’t beat it. I will definitely make my way back to Casa del Caribe Inn in the future!

Convenient location and easy to get to. But had i known they advertise "on-site parking" when there isn't I would had stayed else where. On a pinch if everything else is sold out and you don't mind the inconvenience of finding parking (if you have rented a car) is fine. Finding parking wasn't terrible or far but I had 2 days where it took me a while. Is just outdated and they are not keeping up with preserving the place. Staff are helpful, they clean daily, and the bed was very comfortable. For the income they receive, they can invest back.

My husband and 2 daughters (3&5) stayed for 4 nights. We had no issues with the Inn. We rented a car and finding parking was the only issue, there is a parking lot right across the Inn but you have to pay between $30-$45 a night depending how many hours you park. So we just took some time to look for parking by the little plaza, which it wasn't too bad when we stayed. The staff was nice and friendly and answered any questions we had. If you have kids or want to get in the pool they do have a "brother" hotel 5 mins away where you can use their pool. You can stay here if you want an affordable place in San Juan, and walking distance from the beach!

You can stay one or two nights max if you are on a budget. The staff is very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. The property is very old and could be better if rooms are cleaned properly as well the build could be maintained better. (Moldy, dark, cobwebs, stained mattress covers, and no hot water) You get what you pay for. On the other hand, cleaned towels, good coffee, lots of TV options for movies and a quiet seating area.

No hot water for entire week, walls paper thin, no blow dryer, coffee made only in lobby between 8 and 9 whenever they get around to it, mosquitoes in lobby will eat you alive, mini ref in room was barely cool. Noise from other rooms would wake you up. If people were talking in the Lobby my sister in law could hear them in her room. One loud party woke us up at 2 am. Brother in law had to move rooms because of street noise then had the noise from th ice maker. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Almost impossible to find the property. No parking available. Only option Marriott’s parking but the fee was $17 per hour. Front guest service was terrible never answered my questions. No handicap accessible to my designated room. No option was given.Unfortunately I left the property without any refund.
