We had a lot of fun at the Condado Ocean Club. It was in a great spot in Condado with lots of restaurant, bars and shops nearby. We walked to Old San Juan two days and to Miramar and Santurce the others. Views of the ocean were remarkable, but it was rough and we couldn't use the beach. Food and drinks at the hotel and by the pool were great. Rooms are very nice, the beds soft and comfortable and the fitness room was pretty big.

It was a wonderful experience. Great service very clean. Pool was beautiful drink were delicious. The staff was very friendly and Very helpful restaurants and stores close by also La placita.

This Hotel is fantastic. We got the best view, and we chose the best Hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. The pool has a great atmosphere with good music and the bar. Our days there were unforgettable. In spite of that, the Hotel does not have free parking. They have a Valet. You can go out and in as many times as you want, and it is $30 per day.

I think the beach front is falsely advertised and leads you you to think there’s an actual beach, when there isn’t. In fact, the water is so rough and full of large boulders that people aren’t allowed there to swim. I think it’s a great overall hotel with a minimalist decor. The price is way too high for what you get.

The property was great. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff were absolutely great, personable, kind and VERY HELPFUL. The only downside was the price of the food. It was kinda ridiculous.

Staff for the most part was nice but there were a bunch that weren’t at all. Room facing lagoon is facing apartments and buildings with some of the lagoon but nothing really like the pictures show. Room with 2 beds in it weren’t as big as they seemed and have basically no storage or dresser space at all. Stayed 5 days and room was cleaned like 2ce which weren’t even good and we followed up with our own cleaning and sweeping. Some towels had stains when we initially arrived. Seem to take forever for the rooms to be cleaned when they did do them. Had 2 spots we frequented thru out our stay because mostly everything was further down or back towards other hotels but wasn’t to much to do around the area. Hotel is close enough though to catch cheap ubers to old San Juan, placita, t-mobile district. Pool is pretty small so if the outside is packed there wasn’t too much space to enjoy the pool. We also had rats the size of squirrels (and bigger) running around thru the bushes by the cabana areas during daytime. Night time they would roam around more frequent and a lot more would come out. Overall the front area and seating area is nice the drinks and food at hotel are very pricey with not as many options to choose from. Breakfast with fruit a croissant and a drink was about $40 a mojito cost about $20 most place around the area would have them for about $8. Staff didn’t really have many answers or ideas of things to do or spots (in the general area) to visit or try as recommendation.
