Customer service was great. We enjoyed the view from our oceanfront room, the pictures does it no justice! There are plenty of walkable restaurants and a Uber to old San Juan and to/from the airport were under $10. The only concern we had was there wasnā€™t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. There is a stocked mini fridge but not a separate one for guests to utilize. During the week, in September, there isnā€™t much going on at the resort. It was really quiet, which was good for us this trip. However, if you are looking for some activity around the resort, make sure you book on a weekend. Overall, we had a great stay.

Condado Ocean Club Trip
I had an ocean view room with an amazing view. They had a DJ for a day party on Sunday by the infinity pool, which was a cool vibe. The service was stellar and the recommendations from the concierge were great. I would definitely come back to Condado Ocean Club the next time I visit PR. Isaac (Doorman) and Santana (Security) were very helpful during my stay.

The service started and stopped at the fron door. The room was damp and himid tue whole tome and when i requested housekeeping all they did was make my dirty, wet bed. Things were missing out of the mini bar and i was charged for it.. dirty and trash around the pool area and on the beach. Im sitti g at the bar roght now and there are many of flys and other bugs. Complete waste of a trip and money staying here.
