I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice; they allowed us to check in a little early and even let us leave our bags before we headed back to NYC to explore Puerto Rico a bit more. The place was exceptionally clean. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

The customer service was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and uncourteous. I did not feel a level of comfort staying there. The property needed repainting because the walls and doors at dirt peoples hands around the door knob sides of the doors and areas on the wall the staff could definitely use some training.

The young lady with the pretty curly hair was so humble and sweet—she was truly wonderful. The older gentleman, I believe his name was Ricardo, was incredibly kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Both of them made our stay more enjoyable and convenient. The younger guy kept to himself, which was perfectly fine. The property itself is in a great location, close to everything, including several beaches and local food spots.

The property served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's good for single people or couples at most. Things that can be improved are: 1. Having bigger beds 2. Having a basic microwave in the room as opposed to a community microwave. 3. Having a better key/lock system, as the room doors often failed to open or close properly.

The reception male staff members never say hello or hi when either leaving or entering the building.. Several of them had an attitude problem. Prepare yourself not to get acknowledged at this, hotel .. don’t interrupt them ( the male staff members) as they were either reading a book or watching movies on their tablets or laptops , I’m very disappointed in them at this lovely place

This hotel is centrally located, and the AC works well. The housekeeping staff did a nice job. However, their breakfast is limited to coffee and bread for toast.

I liked my stay. The parking is definitely an opportunity... Maybe. I'm not sure how they'd be able to expand their parking availability but the just 5 spots in front of the building definitely isn't enough. But it's a quick hop skip and a jump to the beach (where you probably shouldn't swim), various ice cream shops, restaurants even a casino! The pics of the patio and pool are definitely representative of the hotel common area and short of car horns, sirens, and other extremely loud automotive noises, the hotel is pretty quiet. If I happen to come back to San Juan I'll consider staying here again.
