I've stayed at this particular hotel a few times and we always enjoy it. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is great, the bar is nice and pool area has never been crowdy. It is centric and love walking to Condado and around. Plus, of course... COOKIES! RECOMMENDED.

My stay was fabulous!! The location is great , staff super nice, the food at the cafe was delicious! I canā€™t not say anything bad about this place. The Doubletree was a great hotel. The 24 hour market across the street, nearby beach and multiple restaurants on the area were all a plus. Thereā€™s an on-site restaurant that I didnā€™t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so Iā€™ll assume itā€™s good lol. They also offered a ride to the beach which included free beach chairs and umbrella. The only small issues was 3 different holds being placed on my card (which was expected but as one charge not 3) and during our time of departure the valet couldnā€™t find our rental key for about 15 minutes which was a little nerve wrecking bc we had an early flight. Other than those two small things we really enjoyed the hotel and our stay at the Doubletree.

Thereā€™s an on-site restaurant that I didnā€™t try but seemed to have a constant flow of customers throughout my stay so Iā€™ll assume itā€™s good lol. They also offered a ride to the beach which included free beach chairs and umbrella. The only small issues was 3 different holds being placed on my card (which was expected but as one charge not 3) and during our time of departure the valet couldnā€™t find our rental key for about 15 minutes which was a little nerve wrecking bc we had an early flight. Other than those two small things we really enjoyed the hotel and our stay at the Doubletree.

I have to say the staff were extremely courteous and professional. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. Worth the money. Food at Pierre Cafe was excellent it was very convenient.
