The location of this property is perfect for those wanting to visit the beach. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were super clean. The pool is so kid friendly. My son and niece enjoyed themselves for hours allowing for us to relax. My only complaint would be that the rooms are a little bit small and that the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

When I tried to address my concerns by speaking with a manager, I was informed that no one was available to assist me. This lack of management presence and support was frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I hope the hotel can improve its management accessibility and provide better support to guests in the future.

Our stay was great! The pool was alot of fun for the kids. Check in was smooth. It was great to get The beach chairs, umbrella and towels before heading out to the beach. The breakfast is ok. Staff was polite and pleasant. Especially the late night shift guy, Hector. Very pleasant and informative... was very helpful. The housekeepers worked well and quietly in the morning. Also, very pleasant and helpful.

El hotel es muy lindo, la piscina es climatizada, nos tocó una habitación con salida a la piscina, el staff de empleados muy atentos, cerca del hotel hay una playa y nos facilitaron sombrillas y sillas para pasar la tarde, el desayuno buffet es variado y si quieres comer otra cosa también tienen a la carta. De verdad muy satisfecha con mi estadía en la isla del encanto
