The hotel was perfect in every way. The pool area was very nice and clean. Happy hour was always awesome and convenient! We would like to praise the staff that worked at breakfast and also the staff at the grill by the pool. They were the best! Nice, helpful and welcoming!

Just stayed for a night before our cruise. Close to restaurants and the beach was a few blocks away. Breakfast was good and they gave the ladies roses for Mother's Day. It was a nice hotel.

Super friendly and efficient staff got us checked in early. Swim up bar was beautiful. Lots of dining options right across the street. A quick Uber to Old San Juan. Happy hour was a fun touch!

The beds where very uncomfortable, small and hard. The condition of the rooms vs all the extra fees they charge are ridiculous. My husband was fuzzed about a drink because an employee allowed him to take it until he found his wallet. When he tried to pay another employee told him to “not do that again” instead of offering him to add it ti the room. The only good thing is the breakfast and the location.
