Great place to stay with shopping and restaurants close by. Also the hotel provides shuttle transportation to Old San Juan, T-Mobile District, and other locations. Room was great with a very good breakfast. All the staff encountered were very friendly. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to San Juan

Great place for families to stay. 5 minute walk distance from the PR Convention Center and the T-Mobile entertainment District. Comfortable beds. The pool with its pirate ship themed area for the kids is a plus.

It would have been a five all the way around however the female bartender was rude. However the was the day bartender (dred man) was amazing his social skills was nothing short of amazing. The property was nice, they need to work on the housekeeping. I stayed eight nights and 4 days there was no housekeeping came. Front desk was very nice and professional. Furniture in room is a little worn, and i did not like the fact that as guests of the hotel we had to pay for parking. For the price and name i expected a little better.
