Loved how secluded the property was! Entire property was very well maintained, staff was extremely friendly and the dining options were great! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks! Will note that the property is about 35-45 minutes from all excursions, and taxis are pricey. However, the drivers we had, were very nice and very knowledgeable!

Property remotely located 30-40 minutes away from the airport and old San Juan. Not much things around the hotel except close to El Yunque rain forest. We requested 30 minutes late check out and the staff said they will charge $25. Front desk ppl are not very friendly. Most restaurants are not open until dinner time.

The property was beautiful and the staff were helpful. What was failed to be mentioned was the over population of ā€œno see umā€ bugs that ate us alive for 4 days. We were unprepared and after day one, uncomfortable. OFF bug spray and itch cream are no match for these pests. BE AWARE!
