We had an amazing stay at Navona Studios! The ambiance of the property is absolutely charming, blending modern design with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The rooms are impeccably clean Kudos to the housekeepers and well-equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions yet still peaceful. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Navona Studios to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We canā€™t wait to return!

We booked knowing it was a small room but for one night it would suffice. The bathroom was DISGUSTING as the sink and mirror were covered in toothpaste spit (not ours). The bathroom sink had NO running hot water. The shower had not even a hint of warm water coming out of the hot spout. Overall, this room was a let down.

Very clean property. Staff emails you the access code the day of your check in so make sure to check your emails. Property is convenient to walk to everything in old San Juan and the unit is very clean with the basic necessities. Thereā€™s NO ELEVATOR and the rooms can be as high as 6 flights of stairs.

The hotel is better than the published photos, the problem is that in the mornings you can hear all the noise from all the rooms and doors, it is impossible to rest. It is well located. It's impersonal because you don't see a front desk or someone to ask questions.

Closet space size room with dirty shower
Rooms were small no windows felt like I was in a closet hair was all over the shower walls shower curtaining had red stuff and body fluids all over it dusk all over the walls in the corner. Thin comforter. Had to climb three flights of stairs with suitcase. Hard finding parking. TV internet was messing up. Floors are terrible with they get a little wet after a dirty shower. I was not satisfied and I have been booking with hotels.com for a long long time
