Oceanfront Garden Villa- affordable

Welcome to our beautiful, privately-owned beachfront condo with a fully furnished patio deck for daytime relaxation with hammocks or grilling and dining at night time.

Wake up to palm trees and a stunning beach sunrise. The first bedroom is the main suite with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (one upper twin size and one full size) and an air conditioner. In the living room, there is a Full-size sleep sofa. We also provide (1) Pack n Plays and (1) high chairs at no extra charge.

It has easy access to the parking lot with two designed parking spots and a fenced back patio--all on the ground level. In addition, a gas barbecue is available for your use.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides a full-size stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware, utensils - ready-to-cook meals. Also located in our kitchen area is a full-size washer and dryer to help pack light.

Open space living and dining room complete with a Smart 32" TV and WiFi, this condo is ready and waiting for your enjoyment.

The property is in a gated community with a security guard on night staff and two dedicated parking spaces. There is an outdoor shower by the beach gate and a bathroom near the property's gazebo. The property manager will meet guests with the key/gate clicker or let us know beforehand for a check-in /check-out without person-to-person contact.

Located in Punta Bandera, Luquillo is close to El Yunque Rain Forest, the Fajardo or Vieques Bio Bay, several golf courses, the famous Luquillo Kiosks and restaurants including Mexican, seafood, local fare, tacos, pizza, and more. A short drive to the east takes you to Fajardo, where the ferry dock is located. Daily ferries are available to take you to Culebra or Vieques Islands, or if you plan, you can even go to St. John for the day. Waterfall tours, paddling, and snorkeling abound from Luquillo and Fajardo.

Driving west, there's horseback riding, go-carts, four-wheeling, and zip lining. A visit to Old San Juan to visit the old forts, San Cristobal and El Morro is always fun, and while you're in the area, you can take a free tour of the Bacardi Factory. Finally, a lovely day trip is to the Rio Camuy Caves, a little farther west.

For the shoppers, there's an outlet mall 20 minutes west of the condo and Plaza las Americas--the largest mall in the Caribbean--just west of San Juan.

There's always something for everyone in Puerto Rico, and this condo is the perfect place to start your adventures.

Brenda and Berto were both extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay! We arrived early after a long flight and they were kind enough to let us come in a little early to relax. The space was spacious, clean, and just steps from the beach with private access. We felt comfortable, safe, and most importantly, at HOME. We would love to stay again to visit the island and Brenda’s place :)

GREAT location - steps from the beach and away from all the touristy hotels. Host and property manager were communicative and made it easy to add an extra night and a later check out (kids didn't want to leave the beach!). It was nice to have beach towels, blanket and other toys/chairs.

My favorite spot but the decor in home needs to be better especially matching price but the location is wonderful i love this spot but that sofa in the living room NEEDS TO GO! And the refrigerator looks old the master bedroom bed feels like its gonna break change it please i would return if the changes are made like i said this spot is beyond wonderful peaceful and beautiful the owner was communicating with me an was there if i needed him but you guys can do better the theme an decor is the borderline basics the beach is what sells the place .. the bunk beds are strong an solid . Its jus sad to see the neighbors who renting right next to me had a way better looking place it made me want to rent there instead but like i said give the place some TLC and spend some money not much jus make some upgrades this my 2nd time going there an its downgraded if i see you upgraded you can take my money if not ill have to pick another apartment in punto bandera ty .. guys overall this location is mesmerizing the beach is footsteps away its a drea

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt safe as well as it’s a gated property with security at the gate. The beach is right there too and that is gated as well to make it as private as possible. Several things are a quick drive away such as Walgreens, Wendy’s etc.

The apartment has just what you need for a laid back vacation. It was a perfect space for me and my 2 kids. We cooked each day and had everything we needed. Laundry was a perk as well.The private beach is convenient but very shallow, little shore, and some seaweed. The town beach right around the corner was gorgeous - a perfect alternative and a great family day out. This space was safe, well staffed at the gate and convenient for getting necessities, the beach, and the rainforest, too. The property manager and owner were responsive, so nice, and made for a comfotlaid back trip. Just what we needed.

Nice property with a great beach. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the mornings and the beach in the evenings. Good snorkling, great coral reef if you wade out a ways.

Property had all the amenities of home. For access to the beach and to be out of the main tourism this is by far the best location. Easy travel from san juan to loquillo and within minutes of shopping and a ton of restaurants. Worst part of the trip was leaving. Felt like being at home when at the rental because everything you needed was already there, my family and I couldnt believe how nice everything was.

Just perfect!

Everything was perfect. The owner replies quickly and the property manager was on time with the keys and available if we needed him. Both very friendly.The condo was in a great location, secure and very well maintained. Cute decor and had beach chairs, beach towels and coolers available. The A/C worked great which are a must in PR. Nice Beach just foot steps away. We will definitely be using this place again

Affordable get away, close to beach

Apartment was adequate by our standards. Property manager was responsive. We stayed almost 3 weeks. It could use a deep cleaning but the beds were comfy and all of the linens and towels were clean. Patio was furnished with nice outdoor seating. I realize the beach is public and outside the control of the condo property but if you’re looking for nice beach, you need to walk a little ways. The water is quite weedy. The kitchen had adequate pans and utensils for cooking. Everything worked. Grocery store and fast food close by. Quiet neighborhood. Streets are very narrow but overall, driving was not as bad as we anticipated. Nobody uses their blinkers. Parking is a challenge in the tourist areas. Airport is less than 25 minutes away if you take the toll road. All service workers that we encountered during our stay spoke well enough English to be able to communicate, especially in the greater San Juan area. One complaint is that VRBO charged the 1500 damage deposit when we booked the property (6 months before the actual trip) rather than when we arrived. The owner indicated that it’s a VRBO policy but VRBO indicated that it’s a choice that the property owner makes.

Lovely spot in Luquillo

Great place to unwind out of the hustle and bustle of town. Best of both worlds! The complex is at the end of a road where folks park to go to the beach, so just be aware of oncoming traffic if you’re driving out of the neighborhood on a busy weekend. The villa was equipped with all we needed and the beach was delightful.

Sunrise beach walks the best!

Location was incredible! Safe, convenient, right on the beautiful beach...with private gated access. Loved the sunrise walks toward the kiosks (didn't go the entire way to the kiosks, but it's possible).Two bed/two bathrooms made sleeping comfortable and although the living space was merely a couch and a TV, we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit anyway. Kitchen was well-appointed!Unfortunately, this rental was missing its deck/patio furniture shown in the pictures on the website...the patio has lots of potential, but other than table and two footstools and a hanging hammock-like chair, we had to sit on the beach chairs provided to enjoy the outdoor space within the unit.Thank you Brenda and Berto for a fantastic few days away from the cold NE!

Beachfront condo.

This unit is all it says and everything you need. Just a few steps from a quiet beach with calm water. It clean and has a large patio with your own grill.comes with two parking spaces and gated entry. The host is great and we were met there by Berto who showed us around and how everything works. That was a first. It was the fifth time we have stayed in Luquillo and definitely the best unit. Will return next year.
