The property is well located deep in the heart of Old San Juan. We enjoyed having the kitchen facilities and a massive outdoor space that was covered protecting you from sun and rain. We stayed on the top floor which was 63 steps we didn’t long but it was quite a huge walk up. The kitchen was cute but there was but could use more plates glasses bowls etc. The microwave did not work. The biggest issue we had was I woke up to a cockroach crawling across the bed it was at least an inch and a half long terrifying to say the least. We also thought as the card in the room stated there was daily housekeeping but after asking twice we were told there was none

Pros: Staff member Om*r who was on duty! Centrally located. Free luggage storage after 11:00am checkout Cons: Entranceway is dirty - looks like someone's neglected home. Balcony is also dirty. No lights in the stairwells. No hot water. No place to put soap in showers. Some lights were flickering.Almost all remotes needed new batteries- gave up on trying to turn the tv on. If you end up with the two br apartment at 259 La Tanca, you'll have difficulty matching the apartment with the gorgeous pictures. The free luggage storage was at 315 Fortaleza which looked quite clean, orderly and lovely.

The apartment was spacious. We had issues with the ac in the living room. It was blowing the hot exhaust back into the space and it had an error code. They never came to fix it until I saw them and confronted them about not getting back to me. There was also roaches in the drawers and we had to clean the refrigerator because it was disgusting. There was a lack of kitchen utensils and they did not provide any after stating they would. Some of the cabinets were hanging on hinges. Lastly one of the sofa beds could not convert into a full bed because it was broken. I honestly feel like the apartment is neglected because it is one of their smallest apartments.

Location is great. A little difficult to find. Studio is spacious and A/C worked fantastic. There is was no hot water in the shower. Housekeeping walked in without knocking.

This is my second year going! I’ll definitely be booking with Old San Juan Rentals again. Bc if it’s location this place is guarded 24/7. The property is absolutely beautiful and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Literally everything! Book here you won’t be disappointed!!!

There were a lot of stairs for apartment 10. The property was great but if you are in a higher apt# like 9 or 10 there will be a lot of stairs! But everything was great!

The property was at the heart of San Juan and walkable to food, shopping and sight seeing eg Fortaleza and San Juan Beach.

It was super close to the governors house so police were outside 24/7 The AC vent needed repaired , I notified the customer service people and they said someone would come the next day but never did . Thankfully the bedroom had a unit that worked great

Comunication was okay. Over 100 degrees when entering the property. Dirty oven. The ceiling fans in the bathroom, bedroom, kictchen/livingroom looks like they haven't been dusted in months. Broken thing throughout the property. Dirty & sticky refig. Noisey 2 hours before 9am time frame set for the rental property.

Yellow sticky stuff throughout the refig.
