It was adequate and clean. Missing a closet and would have preferred the TV in the bedroom of the suite. Next time I would get the studio instead. Also, all management is done remotely. There's no one on the premises to meet for check-in or any request. It would've been easier to check in if I would've known that.

Great place and very clean. Parking was easy to find on the side of road. All near. Just 2 minutes to Condado beach. Beach is excellent. Everything in near walking distance: Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, parks, Cigar louges, ice cream shops, etc.

I liked that they had the option for early check-in and late check-out (for an additional fee). It is also within walking distance to a Walgreens for any last minute needs and also has many cafe/dining options nearby. What I did not like was the noise level. The property is located directly next to a bar/restaurant with outdoor seating and my room was street-facing. At night, the crowds would get rowdier and on a few occasions, they had karaoke, so needless to say I had difficulty sleeping.

Overall, our stay here was good. It was a good amount of space for me and my girlfriend and having a kitchenette was really nice for the occasional cooking. The biggest issue was the noise. You hear EVERYTHING in this property; whether it's other people staying there, noises from the streets, traffic, or workers next door... you hear it all. My other smaller issue with the property was the shower. The water pressure in the shower is terrible and was definitely not enjoyable. We also found the occasional bug in the property. Other than that, was a pretty nice stay.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant due to several issues. The advertisement did not accurately represent the place, and the host refused to let us cancel shortly after booking. They only sent the correct advertisement later on. The smell of cat urine, outdated facilities, and an unsafe alley added to our negative experience. Moreover, the host's rudeness worsened the situation. The host never offered an alternative place or a refund, even though it was clear that what was advertised did not match what we received. After showing Expedia the pictures and them attempting to get a waiver for a refund, we received a partial refund through their platform, not directly from the host. Later, we found out that new guests had experienced the same issues, and they were also disgusted. I strongly advised not booking this place.

It was a great stay. The property is walking distance to many food options. I hope they add a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries it was a little annoying not having a shelf in the shower as well.

Loved this place - comfy beds, lots of space for the family, and a full kitchen. Two blocks from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Be advised - it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some). The management was super responsive answering questions and assisting with parking and late checkout. Would definitely stay here again!

So this is the first time weā€™ve ever been to Puerto Rico. We stayed at this property for 7 days. Overall it was a good experience. Hereā€™s a couple proā€™s & cons since there arenā€™t many reviews. Cons: ā€¢ Shower curtain is short so when you shower water splashes on the floor we had to put towels on the floor (Simple solution). ā€¢ Small ants in the bathroom. No big deal all you have to do is spray their trail with bleach. But theyā€™ll be back the next day. Mostly found in the bathroom. Most likely sugar ants. ā€¢Hallway light if you have someone sleeping in the living room (We didnā€™t) the hallway light can be operated by anyone so if the light is left on the light can be seems through the door since it has coated glass. ā€¢If youā€™re a light sleeper please read. There is noise from people talking when they go inside their apartment or motorcycles that pass by. Simple solution to that is ear plugs which were provided and worked great for me. Pros: ā€¢ Literally close to everything! A 5min walk to the beach. The street before the beach has a whole strip of restaurants and local things to do. ā€¢ The place looks nicer on the inside than the outside would lead you to believe. ā€¢ Had no issues with parking. ā€¢ The A/Cā€™s are COLD! Amazing sleep guaranteed. ā€¢ Has all the essentials stove, silverware, plates, towels, wash cloth, and they even have beach chairs for you to borrow if you donā€™t have your own. ā€¢ Wifi worked great and they have a smart TV.

The room that I stayed in was not an actual separate room. There was a connecting door between my apt and my neighbors rooming next door, which is very misleading because it was not listed in the description anywhere when booking. As a result, the walls were super thin and I continuously heard every conversation and action (music played, argument, toilet flushing, shower, phone call etc) of my neighbors as if I were in the same room with them. Unfortunately, you donā€™t have a sense of privacy with the connecting door and thin walls. I had higher hopes for the property with it being in a great location. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property as a place to stay while in San Juan.
