Muy bonito y limpio todo, según las fotos y descripciones previstas. Buen servicio. Tiene estacionamiento incluido, lo cual es muy bueno ya que es difícil conseguir estacionamiento en santurce, pero el camino del lote al hotel es oscuro y no está en las mejores condiciones para caminarlo tarde en la noche con seguridad.

This is a well designed and stylish boutique hotel. We had a very large two bedroom suite for a reasonable price. The building has been lovingly restored. The area is ok, with some inconveniences around parking, but the parking is free! Very good restaurants within walking distance. Can be a little loud at night sometimes since it’s by a larger street. There is a nice small soaking pool that was great to cool down after a hot day of walking around the city. The employees were all very friendly and attentive. Very pleased overall!

Very nice and secure accommodations,close to beaches and local eateries,definitely need transportation to and from if your looking for beaches,street parking available,does not have a parking lot,but you basically park in front of the place just opposite side of street.jacuzzi tub is nice,we received fresh towels before entry,service was excellent.If you want to kick back and relax from the scene this is the place to be.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The little pool was relaxing after a long day at the beach. Property was very clean. The only issues we had was it wasn’t very clear on the Expedia website that the room had no windows. Also, the area around the property was not well maintained and didn’t look safe to walk around at night.

I requested a terrace/balcony, but we were put in the basement with no windows. We took a shower and checked into another room. It smelled musty and moldy. Checking in is chaotic, you’re on a main road with no parking and then they send you around the corner to an empty gravel parking lot.
