Friendly staff, but food and drinks were not great
Had a great time lounging by the pool and swimming up to the pool bar. The room was very nice and so was the staff. They helped us get motor bikes for the time we were there and had on-site laundry service. However, the mixed drinks at the bar all came in tiny martini glasses and were not very good. They had a tough time making any good drinks, so I stuck with drinking the only brand of beer they had instock. The food there was not very good either, which was a shame, since the dining area was nice and the waiters were very friendly. All and all, i would stay again, but wouldnt waste my time ordering food there. The tuktuk rides were a bit on the expensive side to get to town and most of the restaurants in town were hit or miss. I do realize the place has only been open since September, but the owner needs to get a better chief. They're losing out on a lot of potential money by serving mediocre food and drinks.

Le cadre est idyllique, avec un bar dans la piscine idĆ©al pour admirer le coucher de soleil, et un Wi-Fi haut dĆ©bit disponible partout. Malheureusement, ces points positifs ne suffisent pas Ć  compenser les problĆØmes rencontrĆ©s. Au restaurant, bien que le personnel soit serviable, chaque repas (et nous en avons pris 8 !) a Ć©tĆ© marquĆ© par des erreursā€Æ: plats oubliĆ©s, Ć©carts de 25 minutes entre les assiettes (pas idĆ©al pour un dĆ®ner en couple), entrĆ©es servies aprĆØs les plats principauxā€¦ En plus, plus des trois quarts du menu Ć©taient constamment indisponibles, ce qui devenait trĆØs frustrant. ƀ la rĆ©ception, le personnel, incapable de rĆ©pondre Ć  nos questions, nous renvoyait systĆ©matiquement sur internet. Les chambres, bien que charmantes, manquent de rangement, sont infestĆ©es de petites bĆŖtes, et le plafond Ć©tait envahi par des souris ou des fouines, rendant les nuits bruyantes. Le spa nous a Ć©galement dƩƧus : impossible de rĆ©server un massage pour une seule personne, et le matelas tachĆ© sans drap de protection Ć©tait loin dā€™ĆŖtre accueillant. MalgrĆ© le cadre magnifique, la gestion de lā€™hĆ“tel laisse Ć  dĆ©sirer. Avec plus de rigueur, il pourrait ĆŖtre exceptionnel, mais en lā€™Ć©tat, il est loin dā€™ĆŖtre Ć  la hauteur.
