Our home is in a safe, quiet, gated community with a tennis court, playground, another community pool and is ideal for a family or even two to share.

Here, you are 8 minutes from gorgeous beaches, Los Kioskos (famous stretch of 65 bar/ restaurants lining the beach) , el Junque national rain forest, and Las Pailas rock waterslides. Grocery stores, Walgreens, and fast food including Wendy's and McDonald's are just 5 minutes away. Urgent Care is a quick 5 minutes as well.

We are walking distance from pre-K - 12th grade Montessori school, and close to several other school options.

About the villa:

Ejoy the view from the kitchen. Step onto the balcony to watch the pool-side fun. Sip a drink at the bar. Shoot some pool. Dance the night away in the courtyard. Relax. Party in the pool. There's something for everyone!

We offer 6 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds for the kids.

Layout is as follows:

The middle floor features the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms each with a queen bed and attached jack-and-jill bathroom. The 4th room features 2 twin bunkbeds with a play kitchen and craft table for the kiddos.

This floor also offers a fully stocked kitchen with everything from a Kitchen Aid mixer to a rice pot, dining room table, and living room with TV. The kids' room has a fan, the other bedrooms have air conditioning units.

We have added a large AC unit to the main living area/kitchen on this floor!

The bottom floor has two additional bedrooms: one with both a queen and a full bed, the other with a queen bed. They share a guest bathroom. Both rooms have A/C units. This floor also offers a living room with TV, a pool table, a bar with mini fridge and ice maker, an additional seating area, and hammock swings overlooking the pool outside.

This floor has a cedar sauna for guest use, available with pre-signed waiver of liability.

The common area on this floor is fully screened, allowing for an intimate experience with nature. The coqui frogs definitely serenade you on this floor!

Gazebo, charcoal grill, pool table, outdoor toys, pool & beach toys, towels, Bluetooth speaker, ice chests and wagon included- we have everything you need to feel at home. There are also 2 fold-up tables along with 12 folding chairs if you'd like to host a meal in the courtyard. We also have a high chair, baby bath and boppy for added convenience.

We live on the top floor, completely separate from the areas you are renting. We have 2 girls, ages 3 and 5. We do travel a lot, so will be in and out.

There is parking for up to 4 cars in the carport, more on the street if needed. All utilities and internet are included. Pool and lawn maintenance also included.
