MAIN HOUSE:
Fully equipped kitchen and living room with a tropical look and feel, thanks to its modern decor. Feel free to bring any ingredients to prepare your favorite dish!

There are 3 bedrooms on the main house. All the bedrooms have First a queen size bed. Around 10 people can fit comfortably in the main house, which has 2 full bathrooms.


POOL HOUSE:
Includes its own fully equipped living room (including a sofa bed), full bathroom and a queen size bed.

OUTSIDE TERRACE & POOL AREA:
In these times, where having your own pool is must, Isla Bella Beach Villa is the place to go. We have tanning beds and patio furniture for everyone to feel welcome and ready to enjoy a bright sunny day.

There are many things to do in Condado, Puerto Rico. The beach is in less than 5-minute walk, hotels, casinos, top-notch restaurants and more.

GETTING AROUND

This is a very touristic area, so if you don't worry if you are visiting and don't have a car. Uber and Taxi are widely available in here.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
Max. occupancy of 10 guests.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess.
Subletting not allowed
Do not hang towels from balcony or windows.

If you're looking for a hassle-free way to get around San Juan, we recommend using Uber or a taxi. Both options are easily accessible and can take you to your desired destination without the stress of navigating unfamiliar roads or finding parking.

However, if you're interested in exploring more of the area and want the flexibility to go wherever you please, renting a car can be a great option. Some popular car rental companies in this area include Target Car Rental, Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Budget.

10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)
11. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Please do your dishes.
14. Please take the trash out before you leave.
