Spectacular Location, Luxurious Villa, at Dorado Beach Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Updated villa located on the second level of an apartment complex with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The expansive 800 sq. ft. terrace allows for panoramic views of the golf course. Each bedroom has a private bathroom equipped with towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Two of the bedrooms have King-sized beds. The third bedroom has two Twin-sized beds and a Smart TV. There are also two Twin-sized folding cots forĀ additional guests. All of the bedrooms have ample closets and comfortable sitting areas.

The large living room is divided into two areas: a comfortable sitting area to enjoy time with friends and a second sitting area with a Smart TV with cable TV. The kitchen is very ample and is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. There is also a counter with two stools. All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and WiFi.

There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. It is stocked with laundry detergents.

The terrace is very large with views of the golf course. It is divided into three zones: two sitting areas and one dining area with seating for six people. The views of the golf course can also be appreciated from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen.

The villa also comes equipped with a golf cart for easy transport across the Reserve grounds. There is access to the Fairways community pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, and tennis court.

At an additional cost, you may also gain access to the Dorado Beach Resort Club facilities which include: Dorado Beach's renowned golf courses, the 8,000 sq. ft. Dorado visit
The villa was very comfortable and clean. Located in a great area. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We really had no reason to need to contact them except for a small TV question. They got back to us immediately. Will definitely come back!

TL;DR: We would stay here again, in a heartbeat. In this age of digital retouching gone mad, I can assure you that the pictures are faithful and actually donā€™t do justice to the tastefully simple, elegant sophistication of the property. Itā€™s a spacious upstairs floor of a villa. Parking and communal pool are right there, very easily accessible. Everything is professionally cleaned and ready for you when you get there. The host was even there when we arrived and even helped us with our luggage (which was excessive because it was our Even before we arrived, the level of communication and service the host provided was exceptional and professional. A great option at Dorado Ritz
We had a great stay in March 2024. This condo is a great option for enjoying all the amazing amenities at the Dorado Ritz without the hefty price tag. The condo is large, clean, and accommodated our family of 8 well. The kitchen was well stocked- there was even a bottle of wine to greet us! The golf cart is essential for getting around the resort, which is just incredible. It was our first visit to the Caribbean, and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend getting the Dorado membership with the stay- it is pricey but worth it. You otherwise have a nice tennis court and pool right by the condo, but that is about all you can use in the resort and so would have to find places off resort to explore. We found that the expansive resort had more than enough to keep our kids and teens of all ages busy for our week stay. We were a little worried about the large deposit required for the membership but I will vouch that you do get the unused portion back! :) Thank you Kim for a great stay!

We experienced a couple small inconveniences that Host immediately addressed! One of the most lovely places in the world. Home is inside the Ritz Reserve location and for a small fee you can experience a very high level of travel. I highly recommend this Host.

It was a very nice villa overlooking a golf course. The back porch ran the entire length of the building and we spent most of our time there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Our 3 bedroom Villa was amazing!! The terrace was insanely large, beautiful and breezy, and the Villa was equipped with everything we could possibly need to have an amazing vacation. Maria met us at the Villa and familiarized us with the area, local restaurants and grocery stores and showed us how to drive our Rolls Royce Golf Cart which was the subject of many conversations among local residents!!! Best vacation EVER!!!!

Perfect family vacation in a beautiful resort!
Great unit at a very reasonable price in a spectacular setting. Renting Kimā€™s unit was very easy. This is a large three bedroom apartment, with a very large deck that overlooks one of the Dorado Beach Resort golf courses. Our family of four had more than enough space as the unit could easily hold between 6-8. The rental comes with a golf cart which is essential for getting around the expansive property and also enhances the fun. Maria, the property manager, is always accessible and happy to help make your stay as good as it can possibly be. We will probably book this again next year! Thanks Kim

We very much enjoyed this clean and convenient home during our stay. It is very well equipped, and we enjoyed the club membership, golf cart, and waterpark facilities. Great long weekend at Dorado
Our family of 6 had a great stay here for a long weekend. Maria was excellent getting us checked in and even helping to stock the fridge with some basics for us--good fruit, vegetables, milk, etc. We paid her for the groceries and her time. House was clean and ready to go. The golf cart worked great. Wifi worked great. Bug huge outside porch was lovely outdoor space. We got the short term rental so we could use the beach and waterpark for the kids. All in all, a great stay and we will return soon! Thank you.

Amazing experience in Dorado for the whole family
We could not have asked for a better experience. Communication and coordination for the check-in process was easy and straightforward. The villa was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location a short golf cart ride between the Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel and the golf clubhouse with adjacent restaurants and water park. Hotel pool (Encanto) and Water Mill water park are accessible with a temporary membership. Overall an amazing experience with no complaints, looking forward to returning!

La casa es muy cĆ³moda para una familia de 8 personas. Absolutely amazing!!!
From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience. We felt very secure while staying there. And, the place is absolutely tranquil and serene. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in and the condo was very clean and warmly decorated with an air of Spaniard culture. Both Kim and Maria- Kimā€™s assistant, were responsive and very attentive to our needs and safety. The resort is stunning, especially the beach and pool area at el encanto. We will definitely return very soon!!!

This villa was super clean and comfortable. The membership to Encanto was well worth it, as we used the beach/pool every day. We ate dinner at the delicious local Puerto Rican restaurants in Dorado. Thank you Kim for being a wonderful hostess. Golf cart was extremely convenient!!

Restful & rejuvenating at Dorado Beach Ritz Reserve
Very relaxing & fun week.... the condo is beautiful, clean & comfortable. Owners and staff very helpful and responsive. First, the amenities (membership/extra cost) at the Ritz Reserve are great. Family enjoyed golf, beach/swim club, health club/spa and all the restaurants. If you don't go with short term membership then nice tennis court and small pool are literally across driveway. The Reserve's vast property easily discovered with the darling Royces Royce inspired golf cart provided by owners. The stylish condo, bedrooms and kitchen are well appointed and extremely nice at the price. The lovely, relaxing covered porch is wonderful setting for family meals/games and all day reading overlooking the (currently closed) West golf course and distant views of ocean. Imagine this is one of the earliest developments in Reserve, but well- maintained and convenient. (Guessing condo construction mid-80s/kitchen renovated '90s/decor '10 - Hint: If you need totally new/glitz, you need to look elsewhere! This is somewhat older, but really nice, lovely & spacious.) Many local restaurant/Walgreens/grocery store off Reserve are easy to get to via 10-15 minute rental car/uber. Baccardi Factory Tour & Old San Juan about 45 minutes away.

This is a great way to experience Dorado Beach East. You are close to a great beach and all of the club amenities. The Condo is large and well decorated with a fantastic balcony with views. Landlady was fantastic, a nice person and very responsive.

We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton reserve!
The Reseve was a beautiful experience. We were here for a sweet 16 for 2 girls and the reserve provided all that we needed. The apt was clean and afforded all the comforts of home. We joined the club, which is a Must because Encanto pool and restaurant are fantastic. We were busy everyday!
