En general, el lugar es bastante agradable. Eso sĆ­, el anfitriĆ³n del lugar no tiene una buena comunicaciĆ³n para nada. Les cuento, yo hice la reservaciĆ³n por Expedia para quedarme con mi familia una noche, el anfitriĆ³n del lugar me llama tres dĆ­as antes de mi reservaciĆ³n para confirmar, sin embargo, sus primeras palabras fueron ā€œestoy bien molesto con su reservaciĆ³n, estuve a punto de cancelarā€, a lo que yo le respondĆ­, cual es la situaciĆ³n, me dice que el precio de esa reservaciĆ³n no es el correcto, luego me dice que tengo que pagar por cada persona adicional. Yo le digo que mi reservaciĆ³n es para 4 personas, el me contesto molesto que NO, pero cuando verificĆ³ el sistema para corroborar me dice ā€œcada vez que veo esta reservaciĆ³n me molesto mĆ”sā€, no le dije mas nada, solamente le confirmĆ©. Ese mismo dĆ­a en la noche tuve una situaciĆ³n personal. Pues decidĆ­ cancelar. Lo llamo al dĆ­a siguiente y cuando le explico la situaciĆ³n, le pregunto, "si cancelo mi reservaciĆ³n usted me devuelve el dinero", a lo que me contestĆ³, ā€œeso No va a suceder, eso jamĆ”s va a suceder, pero si no va a venir me lo informa con anticipaciĆ³nā€, le dije no se preocupe, eso no va a suceder, nos vemos allĆ”. El anfitriĆ³n deberĆ­a ser mĆ”s empĆ”tico y mejorar su destreza de comunicaciĆ³n.

I'd do it again.
Building was a little rough around the edges. But the interior was decent and comfortable. Prefect for a lengthy stay equipped with entire kitchen and living room, separate from bedroom. Small A/c unit worked perfectly, for bedroom only with doors closed made for a comfortable nights sleep. Bring your own toiletries, they aren't provided. The only real downside was the hidden cleaning fee, $100 which wasn't that big a deal because it seems everyone hits you with these hidden fees of some sort. So account for that. Overall a good stay, not luxurious by any means, but good for the cost. And there is a private gated driveway to park in.

Ok place /More a tiny room with a kitchenette and a tiny bathroom (toilet and a shower WITH ONLY COLD WATER)!!! Wifi was down my five nights... NO WIFI at all(the landlord dude said It was the providers fault).Ha...or that they had stopped paying the bills???..I ended up buying an eSim card that worked fine.Its about 6-7 min walks to the super market, and few restaurants On The Miramar side,15-20 min walk over to Condado playa.Rates was ok for what you get ...Area felt safe but there was some Loud Idiots living above I the same property making a bloody civil war during two nights, They should have got kicked out ...I won't stay again and do not recommend It if you ain't to fussy and spend your days out of this property.(has potential but wrong management)!

Cuidado Estafa!
Esto es una estafa, llegue al Dto, me dieron un nĆŗmero para abrir la puerta, entramos, hacia cerca de 50C adentro, lleno de cucarachas muertas, en el living comedor no hay aire acondicionado, las ventanas no tienen vidrios ni mosquiteros, solo se abren unos ventiluces, me fui por quĆ© era inhabitable, tuve que irme a otro hotel, me comuniquĆ© con el dueƱo, al otro dĆ­a volvĆ­ ya que que no me reintegraban el dinero, me dio otro Dto, en planta baja, mĆ”s chico,( Ć©ramos 4 personas, mi esposa y mis dos hijas), el baƱo no tenĆ­a puerta ni cielorraso, solo una cortina el lo que serĆ­a la puerta de ingreso, me quede una noche, nos morimos de frĆ­o ya que sin el aire no se puede estar, igual condiciĆ³n que arriba, ventanas sin mosquiteros, y sin ropa de cama, solo sabanas, al otro dĆ­a el cumpleaƱos de mi esposa y cuando quisimos salir con el auto habĆ­an dejado otro atrĆ”s y no pudimos salir del Dto, fue todo un desastre, volviĆ³ a aparecer el dueƱo Angel, prometiĆ³ devolverme el dinero de el alquiler, ya que volvĆ­ a irme de ese lugar, lo cual nunca ocurriĆ³, son estafadores, deberĆ­an sacarlos de esta pĆ”gina, no entiendo cĆ³mo pueden estar aquĆ­.
