The staff was AMAZING. The owner made point of connecting with us. Selected this property for ONSITE PARKING it is a large Secure lot. Urbana Hotel is part of urban renewal/reclaim property. It was clean and freshly touched up. Convenient to beach and if youā€™re a hiker, could walk to Forts

I have never been to a hotel at check in time and its not ready until now. Got here at 3:45. Wasnt ready. Fine sat down waited an HOUR for my room to be ready. I even asked after a half hour of waiting if they could just give me a room thats ready but nope she insisted i wait. I told her my room comes with wine and she jokingly said sparkling water probably assuming i was joking. The actually room is small come with the basics but no lotion. The next day i went out for breakfast and came back to the electricity being out at the hotel.

We had an issue with our room that was immediately resolved by transferring to another room. There were no elevators and were on the third floor. Staff was super nice and readily available. Lots of entertainment in the area and close to other tourist areas. I would stay here again!
