First of all, when I booked there was no indication that the pool was not in service. I requested a refund and the hotel denied it. The room was ok. Bed was comfy but sheets smelled. I will not stay here again.

Let me start by saying , staff was amazing. This review has nothing to do with staff, it has everything to do with the hotel and condition of hotel. I booked the hotel because of pool. There is not pool at the hotel, itā€™s under construction. When booking itā€™s should be made known, it was not. The hotel has a terrible old water smell which is over whelming. The rooms are very outdated. They look nothing like the advertised photos. The room had something spilled all over one wall and was never cleaned. Bathroom shower had rust all over faucets. The tub floor was peeling old paint. Donā€™t waste your money .

They charge me $49 hotel fee , when I check in nobody told me anything about this . And they hold $255 ,from my credit card , to charge me this fee without any information, totally dishonest.

From the outside the property looks nice. Is well localized, with the beach very near. Once you enter the property the air conditioning at the lobby wasnā€™t functioning. The pool was in renovations and at check in nobody told me. Once I entered the room it was like you enter to a motel room. Needs updating rush. The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bedding was very light, no comforter. The bathroom was horrible and small. The way to the bathroom/closet was an awkward waste of space. The shower handle was broken. The only good thing about this stay was the late checkout.

I stayed in this property 2 years ago and it wasn't like now. The rooms are extremely old and dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, the rugs were dirty the walls and lets not talk about the bathtub it was dirtyyyy :( towels dirty!! the sliding door wouldnā€™t open and there was a balcony. I was very uncomfortable in that hotel to be honest no ac in the lobby or hallway or elevator. The parking lot under construction and when i went last time 2 years ago it was under construction too. What can i say. I am not staying there ever again because the location is good but the hotel is not
