My stay was great , service was great ā€¦ they gave me a too and a suite no charge for my birthday because some maintenance issues came came up in the room i booked earlier before i arrived , did not like the fact the two pools was closed looking out the balcony of my stay . Other than that everything was great . They even served me champagne on my arrival.

The property was under renovations, but it didnā€™t impact our stay too much. The location being right by the beach and a short drive from El Yunque was my favorite part! I would definitely recommend renting a car if youā€™re staying for a few days because thereā€™s a lot more to do in the area.

Iā€™ve been trying to resolve an issue with my invoice for weeks now, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. Iā€™ve reached out to the billing department multiple times, even spoke with a manager, but it feels like nobody cares enough to actually help. Despite my efforts, Iā€™m still no closer to a resolution, and itā€™s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way as a customer. I expected better support and accountability.
