Our home is in a safe, quiet, gated community with a tennis court, playground, another community pool and is ideal for a family or even two to share.

Here, you are 8 minutes from gorgeous beaches, Los Kioskos (famous stretch of 65 bar/ restaurants lining the beach) , el Junque national rain forest, and Las Pailas rock waterslides. Grocery stores, Walgreens, and fast food including Wendy's and McDonald's are just 5 minutes away. Urgent Care is a quick 5 minutes as well.

We are walking distance from pre-K - 12th grade Montessori school, and close to several other school options.

About the villa:

Ejoy the view from the kitchen. Step onto the balcony to watch the pool-side fun. Sip a drink at the bar. Shoot some pool. Dance the night away in the courtyard. Relax. Party in the pool. There's something for everyone!

We offer 6 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds for the kids.

Layout is as follows:

The middle floor features the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms each with a queen bed and attached jack-and-jill bathroom. The 4th room features 2 twin bunkbeds with a play kitchen, doll house, and craft table for the kiddos.

This floor also offers a fully stocked kitchen with everything from a Kitchen Aid mixer to a rice pot, dining room table, and living room with TV. The kids' room has a fan, the other bedrooms have air conditioning units.

We have added a large AC unit to the main living area/kitchen on this floor!

The bottom floor has two additional bedrooms: one with both a queen and a full bed, the other with a queen bed. They share a guest bathroom. Both rooms have A/C units. This floor also offers a living room with TV, a pool table, a bar with mini fridge and ice maker, an additional seating area, and seating overlooking the pool outside.

This floor has a cedar sauna for guest use, available with pre-signed waiver of liability.

The common area on this floor is fully screened, allowing for an intimate experience with nature. The coqui frogs definitely serenade you on this floor!

Gazebo, charcoal grill, pool table, outdoor toys, pool & beach toys, towels, Bluetooth speaker, ice chests and wagon included- we have everything you need to feel at home. There are also 2 fold-up tables along with 12 folding chairs if you'd like to host a meal in the courtyard. We also have a high chair, play pen, backpack to carry babies, and boppy for added convenience.

We live on the top floor, completely separate from the areas you are renting. We have 2 girls, ages 3 and 5. We do travel a lot, so will be in and out.

There is parking for up to 4 cars in the carport, more on the street if needed. All utilities and internet are included. Pool and lawn maintenance (Tuesdays) also included.

Beautiful home in the foothills of Yunque rainforest
The home is perfect for a large group. Our kids particularly enjoyed the playroom. There were enough dishes, glasses and silverware for everyone. Especially nice were the available appliances such as a griddle, air fryer and crockpot. There were even folding chairs so we could all eat around the table. Our hostess also supplied us with a packnplay and a high chair. The only downside was that we were not walking distance to the beach but there was a great pool available and it was an easy drive to the beach. The home is equipped with a very large generator so we were not effected by the island wide power outage during our stay. It was an easy drive to everywhere (except old San Juan lots of traffic). Thanks again to our hostess and her family

The house was even better than expected! Beautiful, so many details that made our big family trip a bit easier. Plenty of pool towels, pool Was fabulous. Pool table and games provided. Property stunning and spotless. Hosts were super helpful and communicated very quickly. Could not recommend this property enough. We loved it!!

A tropical beauty!!!!
We are so happy we found this property. The owners were fantastic. They responded all of our questions and were very helpful and accommodating. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Our kids loved the pool and green areas. This house is closed to the beach and near local shops. Next time we visit the island we will be sure to stay here. Thank you so much guys!!!!
